Kitten Filter Coffee Training

In September, 2008, our Espresso 100 training module was extended to include instruction in the preparation of filter and drip coffees. This mainstay for so many cafes and restaurants has been left behind in the rush to quality espresso when, with rudimentary training, the quality of, and returns from, this wonderful brew can be dramatically improved.

During this component students will receive training in:

• Pre-wetting
• Machine maintenance
• Proper grinding and dosing
• Bypass adjustment
• Temperature control
• Cold Process brewing
